The balance of the fees will become due 4 weeks before the start date of your stay, together with any selected extras. ( Garage, T.V.,Linen/Towels, Taxe de sejour )

Please be aware that all guests over the age of 12 years are asked to pay a very small tax to the Prats de Mollo Marie of 50 centimes per day/night per person. This ‘taxe de sejour’ we the proprietaires are obliged to collect and pay on your behalf in the village.

Also, please be reminded there is a REFUNDABLE deposit of 100 euro on arrival against damages/ breakages. This deposit is will be refunded in full seven days following your departure assuming that there are no damages to account

**Should your chosen dates cross between seasonal tariffs, the charges will be apportioned within each seasonal tariff and totalled.

Cancellations – It must be recommended to insure against such eventuality. However, should you cancel up to one month prior to your start date your deposit is transferable to an alternative booking within the calendar year. All other cancellations must be referred to your insurers.

I have enclosed my cheque payable to Mr & Mrs Baxter for …………………………... euros, being the 25% deposit of the total apartment fee. I understand that the balance, the taxe de sejour, plus any of my requested extras will be invoiced for payment 4 weeks prior to my visit. Payments in sterling can be arranged.
