Apartment 3 is spacious. having two double bedrooms, one with double bed, two single bunk-beds and ensuite handbasin and W.C.; this bedroom has double french windows/doors on to a small balcony: The other has a double bed and window also looking north towards the Fort Lagarde, beneath lies the private and quiet garden with BarBQ facilities available for the use of guests.

In the south facing sitting/dining room is a sofa bed (sleeps two) and T.V.. The central shower room has handbasin and W.C..

The apartment is fully equipped for self-catering, with fridge/freezer, gas/electric cooker and micro-wave.
