Each of the eleven available holiday apartments can be viewed by 'clicking' on to them individually down the righthand margin. Each shows internal photographs of principal spaces or views from windows, balconies or upper terrace panorama. Detailed vital statistics, size, layout and so on can be found here to assist you determine the suitability for you and/or your party needs; the number of beds, first, second or third floor etc...

Sorry, no smoking indoors policy
It is with apologies to our smokers that it has become essential to enforce a 'no smoking indoors' policy for the simple reason that is impossible to remove the unpleasant odours that remain in the apartments many days after departure. It is following from the experience of this problem that we stand firm upon this standard. However, we do feel confident in offering our smokers the most attractive outdoor facilities in the calm of our various balconies and private guests garden.

Washing Machines
Each of the three floors, excluding garaging and pottery workshop at the ground level, has an automatic washing machine for your use at no additional cost. Drying areas and/or equipment are also available to all guests.

Prats-de-Mollo has safe free parking all around the village.

Private Garden
The property has to the rear and north facing, looking up to Fort Lagarde, a private terraced garden that is open to guests. Various barbeques are sited around for your use together with necessary garden furniture. Please be note that the house is NOT available to any animals.

Bed Linen, Towels and Beach Towels
Bed linen and towels towels are provided inclusively; beach towels are provided by arrangement.

Televisions are present in all apartments - French reception only.

Mme et M BAXTER Alan, (Les propreitaires) live on the first floor and are usually at hand should you require any advice or direction.

Refundable Deposit
A REFUNDABLE deposit of 100€ (cheque/cash) against accidental damage will be asked for on your arrival, but not banked. This 'caution' payment will be returned, in full, seven days following your departure date assuming there are no damages to account.
